About the role
Our Rapid Response Team supports nurses hospital-wide when a patient's condition changes.
You will
• Respond to rapid response calls across all inpatient units
• Assess, stabilize, and coordinate escalation of deteriorating patients
• Round proactively on high-risk patients and coach bedside staff
You have
• 3+ years of critical care nursing
• BLS, ACLS; CCRN strongly preferred
• Excellent communication under pressure
